We wired it into the back of the SUV one afternoon and then forgot about it, which is the compliment. The Charger 1 turns the car into a refueling dock for the power station: 560 watts of DC-DC flow, about six times faster than the old cigarette-lighter socket, so a station that ran the campsite dry is full again after a day of driving. BLUETTI says it works with about 95 percent of the power stations on the market, not only its own. The cable runs 16 feet of 6AWG with a 60 amp breaker. The box protects both batteries: short circuit, reverse connection, under-voltage, and over-temperature are watched, and automatic on and off means the car battery is never drained while the engine rests.
