Rocket Espresso Appartamento 2.0 (White) - The Italian Counter
Rocket Espresso · $$$$
The Rocket Espresso Appartamento 2.0 in white puts a deliberate espresso ritual on the counter. Its 1.8 liter heat exchanger boiler anchors the brew system, while the 2.5 liter water reservoir keeps the work self-contained. The E61 group head and 58mm portafilter preserve a hands-on workflow for manual espresso. Rocket lists manual brew, steam, and hot-water controls, along with an updated control board with RGB indicator light and a deeper drip tray. Built in Italy at 1200 watts and 120 volts, it suits the person who wants to manage the shot and the steam instead of handing the ritual to a one-touch machine.
