Ray is a compact Sonos soundbar for a TV, with four Class-D amplifiers, two tweeters, and two high-efficiency midwoofers in a 557 x 70 x 93 mm body. Its forward-facing acoustic layout is built for shelf placement, and the optical input keeps the connection simple. Speech Enhancement boosts voice frequencies, while Night Sound reduces the intensity of loud effects. Trueplay tuning adapts the sound to the room with a supported iOS device. Ray also plays music over WiFi through the Sonos app, Apple AirPlay 2, and Spotify Connect. It handles Stereo PCM, Dolby Digital, and DTS Digital Surround, but the TV must provide optical output.
