Most homes never see their network, only its failures. The U7 Pro is the opposite kind of infrastructure, a disc on the ceiling that spreads the signal and stays out of thought. Inside is a WiFi 7 access point with six spatial streams, and it reaches into the 6 GHz band, where the older routers cannot follow. That is where the speed lives when the neighbors' radios are not crowding it. Ubiquiti rates it for about 1,500 square feet and more than 300 connected devices, which is not a boast, it is the math of a home where lights, locks, speakers, and laptops all talk at once. Power arrives over a single PoE+ cable, and a 2.5 GbE uplink keeps the wired spine honest. You mount it, name it, and forget it. That is the review.
